Not All platforms will allow or accept use of all photos / images provided. Image and/or graphic creation or editing beyond initial Platform Set-Up is available by quote for additional cost.

Option for Use of Stock Photos in lieu of Client provided images. Option for Custom Photos / Images available in some markets by quote for additional cost.

Client to provide Platform Compatible Logo for Packages where Logo Design is not included. Logo Design available for additional charge in Packages not including Logo Design for $125.. Google Business Initial Consult up to 45 Minutes / Delivery Consultation up to 1 (One) Hour. Appointment Accelerator Initial Consult up to 1 (One) Hour / Delivery Consultation up to 1 (One) and 1/2 Hour. Google Business / Accelerator Bundle Initial Consult up to 1 (One) and 1/2 Hour / Delivery Consultation up to 2 (Two) Hours.

No adjustments or credits will be made to Package Pricing for Initial or Delivery Consultation / Training not utilizing full designated 'up to' time periods.. Time or Charges for Client's inability to attend scheduled consultations will not be credited for additional time without mutual consent in writing. Rescheduled Consultations or overages from designated Consultation / Training time periods will incur additional charges at $125. per Hour, billed in increments of 1/4 Hour for any portion thereof. Monthly recurring charges or overages to be automatically billed to Clients billing option kept on file. Additional charges may be incurred for Calls, SMS and Text time used during In System Calls, Missed Call Text Back, Conversation AI, and / or Webchat. Schedule of fees to be provided. Client to provide 30 day notice in writing of intent to discontinue KO Kreative Media marketing services.
